Although the option "Hide Scrollbars" is enabled, a (disabled) scrollbar is visible in the application window.

The option "Hide Scrollbars" takes only effect, when the selected website is not rendered by the browser in the so called "standards-compliant-mode", but in the "quirks mode". You can enable the "quirks mode" easily by removing the first line of your HTML file which includes the DTD tag. Now none of the scrollbars will be visible in Discstarter - even if the content of the website is bigger than the application window!
